If your online payment fails, Alawda will invoice you for the amount. Subsequently, you must pay this via Cash on Delivery (COD).

In the event that a paid item is permanently unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative. Alternatively, we will provide a full refund for that specific item. Moreover, once we successfully process an order, we cannot approve any cancellations.
