Indications:
- Lower elevated high blood pressure.
Main Active Ingredients:
- Olmesartan Medoxomil 20 mg.
- Amlodipine Besilate 5 mg.
- Hydrochlorothiazide: 12.5 mg.
How to use:
- One tablet once daily with or without food.
Precautions:
- Do not use if allergic to Olmesartan, Amlodipine, or any other ingredients.
- Tell your doctor if you take any other medicatios.
